2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
(or left over turkey) Dressing:
2 cups cooked ham, cubed ½
cup mayonnaise
2 cups cooked salad shrimp
½
cup sour cream
1 box (7 oz) macaroni shells cooked and drained 2
Tbsp white vinegar
1 celery rib sliced ½
tsp sugar
½ cup diced green, red
and/or yellow peppers 1
tsp dried dill weed
¼ cup diced onion
1 tsp salt
½
tsp pepper Combine
and mix well. Cover and chill
overnight.

1 green pepper, diced 1
(20 oz) can crushed tomatoes
1 med onion, chopped 1
½ cans water
2 tsp garlic, minced or ½ tsp dry 2/3
cup rice
¾ tsp black pepper 2
chicken breasts, cooked and diced
2 teaspoons salt
1 tsp Cajun seasoning 10
oz salad shrimp
1 lb Polish sausage links or ring, diced
Combine
column 1 and sauté. Add tomatoes, water, rice & chicken. 5 min before
serving, add shrimp.
